Hi everyone!
I am fully qualified Body Control Pilates instructor, a member of Exercise Professionals (REPs), a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA). I do Matwork Pilates for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.
I offer both one-to-one sessions as well as duet sessions for you and a partner. Also I work to a small group class size so that you can have close supervision and support from me.
